Brunch Eggs

Brunch Eggs - K Barber - Grand Rapids Press

2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
1 tsp. salt
4 slices bread, cubed (no crusts)
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
4 slices bacon cooked, crumbled
1/4 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 lb swiss cheese, grated

Mix butter, dry mustard, pepper, paprika, salt, cubed bread, eggs, milk, bacon, cheddar, and Swiss cheeses. Pour into 8" x 8" baking pan. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Cool 15 minutes before serving.
